The "SYSTEM APPROACH" .....simplified
A complex concept made oh...so...simple. The job of a good facilitator is to make complex ideas...simple so we can learn. I use the simple process of brushing your teeth to illustrate the System Approach. It would be a good idea to attend one the DTI Workshops that are presented all over Canada and the U.S.
